✔ Duplicate Leads in Opportunities

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac Hi Isaac I noticed this clients GHL account had 4 of the same lead in the opportunities tab. It looks like each lead was created through the workflow so it wasn't something done on the clients end.

Can you please look into this? I thought it wouldn't create duplicates in the opportunities even if they filled out the form multiple times?

Emily, Medstar Emily - It's because duplicate opportunities are enabled on this sub-account. We have this enabled in almost all the sub-accounts. We don't have the duplicate contacts enabled though in most of the sub-accounts.
