While performing my hourly checks of UPDATES inboxes, saw an invitation to the client {Ziva Utah - Femme Health - www.zivautah.com} Google My Business page. Went ahead and accepted, confirmed. Verified GMB under the name [Ziva Utah] for website {https://www.zivautah.com} Located at - NO ADDRESS AVAILABLE- . Updated client's spreadsheet with new info and task on BC3 to let team know.

Hector  won't they have to make a new GMB for Femme Health? since it is a different business and location?

Please let me know once they create it and have them add support@medstarmedia.com as manager.

Please let the client know that this GMB property has to be verified. It is not visible to anyone right now on Google. They will need to record a video of the property so I can verify it.

Hector  this may be due to the fact that they do not have anything on their domain yet? It is currently being built out. 

Actually, it hasn't been verified because it is a new location and Google wants to make sure that it is real. Adding the website is not mandatory. The confirmation of the location is more important to Google. *Which is why they are requesting the video*

Hector  they are going to be changing their business name so I told him that we should just wait on the video verification. He also is on vacation right now. Does he have to submit the video himself or should he send it to me so you can do it?

Thanks for letting me know what is going on. 
Changing the business name will not warrant a do over verification from Google. It only happens when you open a new business, when you change the phone number or change the address. 
He can send it to us and I can verify it for them. However, if they are tech savvy and can do it themselves, then that is okay also.

So Google changed the way it is accepting these videos now. I can no longer upload it directly. They now want the person to record it in real time. 
That's so they can verify that it is the actual business, not some clip you took from another video.

The client will need to go to the primary email

Emily  I updated their profile to include their name. I will also double check as I am beefing up their profile that it isn't anywhere else. If Hector took care of your other edits, you can close this task. 

Following notice that {Lotti Aesthetics & Wellness (Ziva- Femme - Freya) - www.lottiwellness.com } was now an SEO client, I went ahead and checked for SEO@Medstar access to GMB. Saw that we did not have access under that email. Logged into SEO Gmail account and tried to send a backdoor request to try and get access. However, this Lotti Aesthetics & Wellness is not showing up in my search box. Perhaps it has to do with there being no address on the account.

Hector On their Google Business page, the website button takes people to zivautah.com but it should take them to https://lottiwellness.com/

This seems to be a glitch on Google since I updated this a while back.
See below - the correct website is  https://lottiwellness.com/.
However, the old website is still showing on the GMB profile.
I went ahead and edited again to see if this time, it works. Otherwise, we may need to contact Google - which is impossible. So I really mean otherwise, we may have a problem. Especially since that Ziva site is no longer available.
