yes, we need a new EIN letter please. LPs are ready and we can make things live once A2P goes through. If we cant get the A2P approved before launch, then I will have Isaac get a Toll Free number.

- Purchasing a new TF number around the same date 15th Oct in their sub-account will give us an active phone number temporarily. Maybe like for a 7-15 days.
Unfortunately I am not aware of any other service at this time that can be quickly setup with active numbers without any requirement of A2P.

- Yes. We need their EIN letter. Their brand got failed because of they not able to verify the client's business information. Resubmitting without the EIN letter would result in the same.

- Already purchased a TF and submitted it for the verification. The review time for the TF number is around 7-15 days. In some cases it may take upto 30-45 days before it gets approved or rejected. During this time we can continue using the TF number and sends 2k texts/day. If it gets approved we will have a active phone TF number but it gets rejected due to some reason. It will become inactive.
I will try to escalate the review process of this phone number mid of this week.

For the hosting access. Please ask the client to share the hosting admin credentials. The same they use to get in. If they can't share them. Please ask them to share the hosting service name and I will check if they allow to add users in it.
Also I am seeing this in their wp-admin dashboard. Please ask the client to move to a better hosting service asap. Most of the good hosting now support php8.0+.

They never had the site live on femmehealth.com They changed their business name while in the process of already building out their website on that domain. Once they finished the website they put it all onto the lottiwellness.com domain.
