In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account - LuxBae Medical 828-329-5454.  The verification process needs to be finished by October 10th. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization. Unfortunately, I am not able to take care of the 2nd part for you since we do not have sufficient permissions. 

The only way for me to do this for you is if you initiate the process first. I can then take over from there. You can also follow this link. Please note that you would need to be logged into the Luxbae WeHo at luxbaeweho@gmail.com Gmail for the link to work.

Please start the 2nd verification process yourself and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the rest of the verification for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with Vania & I so we can help you take care of it.

An ID to verify it’s really you ** IDs must show all 4 corners **

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. Since we helped to create this account for you, I have already started the 2nd process. 

You can add the requested documents yourself or I can take care of the entire process for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with Nicol & I so we can help you take care of it.

To your question; the person to whom the ID belongs to and you provide for verification does not really matter to Google ads. 

They just want to verify that the person is a legal resident of the USA. 

The photo of the ID must be in color, high resolution, showing all 4 corners and front and back. 

I am attaching a sample below. 

Please keep in mind that only the Luxbae WeHo at luxbaeweho@gmail.com email can begin this process.

I am seeing that no one who has access to the Luxbae WeHo at luxbaeweho@gmail.com has started the verification process yet. Because of that, I am not able to work on this for you. 

Whoever has access to the primary payment email luxbaeweho@gmail.com, first needs to start the process. 

I may be able to take over from there. The other option is to add us as a payment user so we could do so. 

To begin the process, go to this link - be sure to be logged into the luxbaeweho@gmail.com email. 

You can also go to Google ads, 

Then click on tools & settings,

Then go to Billing

Then advertiser verification

Scroll to the bottom where it says "Verify your identity" ** See screenshot below.

We can also have a Zoom meeting so I can walk you through it.
