Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac I had seen we got access but then I just saw your follow-up to Judi in the DNS channel. Sorry for the extra work. Judi is out of office and is the CSM in communication with this client. Let’s wait until she can follow up. I'll see if Emily can help. 

Judi Vallano, Medstar Judi please confirm when you are back in office once we have DNS access. Isaac posted in the Slack channel that the access was giving an error. We don’t have it still. Emily, Medstar Emily  volunteered to help, so I will follow up here if we get it sorted before you get back.
