unfortunately this will not work b/c the FB banner has specific margins for how much of the cover photo is shown. Please look these dimensions up, and adjust so that the full text is seen. 

I'm also dropping some other photos you can use instead.  You will need to adjust for these too, but they are a better quality and won't pixelate. 

If there is a way for you to create a banner with the photo where she is shown with a patient, please do.  You will need to create a boarder and length. 
If you can't do that, use the photo with the long space to the left. Thank you!

Noted on this Nicol  will try it out first on my fb before I'll drop here to make sure its fit. :D

Roan  your personal facebook banner has different dimensions than a business page banner. please look up the dimensions. 

Roan  one more thing. You used a RED colored font for the location. Red is what I use in order to make any changes and instructions very apparent when I am giving direction. Please use a color that looks good for the text. Easy to read, and has a nice unison with the colors in the photo you use.
