Hi
Isaac
Mays Derm is having an issue where they keep getting calls from leads seeking services from other doctors. Is there anything on our end that could be causing this issue?
I tried a reverse-search for the call number and didn't see anything significant pop-up. on 949-919-7208, or their main office number, (949) 783-7700.
Here are the steps I took to find issues that may be creating these wrong calls on our end.
1) I called their office from my cell phone through our website's direct-to-call number and get the automated machine pick-up they run.
2) I looked up Dr. Litchfield who is the doctor that one the wrong numbers quoted on a call from a 949 area code. There is a Dr. Litchfield in the area who is also a Derm. I don't see any evidence that this practice has either Mays number listed from here.
3) I checked the ads we are running on Google. The number is correct.
4) I checked Facebook. The ads direct leads to their website, which is correctly listed.
5) I also verified that through GHL by noting that there is no forwarding hyperlink from the call.
Anything else it could be causing this issue?

- I looked into it but couldn't find anything on our end that could be causing this. It's a good issue to have for the client though..if client do it right..they can convert these wrong leads to customers...hah.
