✔ Automated Missed Call text is not going out

Mays Dermatology shows that their missed call automated text is enabled but it is not working.
Can you please look and see what the issue is? If you see any missed calls with a very long response, it is not automated, it's the staff member.
For eg. In the screenshot you shared above. You can see the green in the phone icon that means successful call as per the GHL system.
In this other example you can see the inbound call as red. That means unsucessful call and you can see in this case the missed call text went out successfully.
