Here is a video testing this form fill. It needs to be hooked up again as the lead doesn't show up on GHL, nor the lead sheet.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol - It's because your test submission went to spam. I would recommend switching to a different network and use your real details in the form. The form should redirect to the confirmation page successfully and you will also see the lead in the leadsheet and in the GHL.

Gravity forms spam filter don't like keyword "test" in any of the fields.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac something else I didn't know of. We use "test" often in the email and "ignore" as well.  I wonder if everyone else knows this or how to find it. Thank you.
