Let me know what you think. My thoughts are that I like the middle Dermatology one but we need to get rid of the logo and just have Dermatology.

I also like the middle Botox one, but we need to get rid of the client logo and center Botox at the top. Then make the dermal fillers one look like the Botox one.

Exactly my thoughts for the Botox/ Dermal Filler one. For the dermatology one, if we keep the model I would change the model. She is kind of scary AI-looking.

and remove the client's logo and center Botox in the middle up top?

Then create a Dermal Fillers one that looks similar but with the dermal fillers offer

For Dermatology, please use this one, but remove the client logo. Place Dermatology where the logo is now and place New Client Special where Dermatology is. Can you also move $50 OFF down a little bit so the padding above and below is consistent?
