- Yes I totally understand but unfortunately the Twilio has started blocking the messages from going out to leads. This happened in the Nicol's account. Many of her messages didn't go out to our clients due to this. Please see below.
If we send messages to the leads from an unregistered phone number. Many of the messages will not go out and if we still continue to send the messages the phone number will get permanently blocked and in this case even the lead that did received the message will not be able to reply back. Their A2P campaign submission which is currently in the review status can get failed due to this.
Please confirm if you still need me to go ahead and make the campaign LIVE.
