Workflow is not sending 2nd text message out

I found a lead where the workflow didn't send out the 2nd automated text message even though the lead is in "new leads" opportunities status.  It is also not listed as scheduled to go out in the workflow. 

Any idea for what the issue may be here?

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol This is because she texted back after the first text went out. When somebody replies they are considered "in conversation" which turns off the automated texts and emails. 

We are going to update it so that once a lead replies then they will automatically be moved to the in conversation column of the opportunities pipeline.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol  yes!! just takes some extra work and time. not as easy to do as it used to be since they got rid of triggers and now it has to be done through workflows.
