Created new Google ads MD Body & Medspa - 289-582-0507 account for {MD Body & Medspa} client. 
Switched to EXPERT Mode and created account without campaign. 
Also added time zone, changed account name for easier access. 
Will wait for Whitney to add client billing information.
Updated client & other spreadsheets to reflect new account number. 
Logged into Chris master account, sent invite to request to link accounts together. 
Accepted request, verified accounts linked, set Chris account as ADMIN.
