, Chris says that for both campaigns the ROAS should only be 1, since the campaigns are underreporting. Chris looked at the settings and he thought the ROAS was 1?

wasn't... There is only so much we can do when we do not have FULL ADMIN payment access to clients Google ads account. We can only initiate the first one. the 2nd one can only be started by the client. or the email tied as PAYMENT master in the account.
