update meeting 9.19

website:
-currently: the website is wordpress the hooked up woocommerce with Squarespace and acuity
initial launch of website: woocommerce shopping cart site then they brought on accuity scheduling. "where does acuity start and stops?"
Isaac mentioned some plugins and "libraries" that are slowing down the site while they wait to communicate with each other. Review Rail may be what's slowing it down or URL Rewriter (takes the source of the referral all the way through to acuity).
Chris let them know that Isaac can't help them at this point but we can help them screen candidates from upwork to assist.
Campaigns:
-we currently can't spend more than 2.1k without the campaigns losing profitability
-what converts: we tried calling and they will check to see if they see Chris' number pop up. They think people are hanging up before it connects.
-Armen says when they transitioned to our campaigns the call volume went down. CZ said prior the campaign was structured in a way that they were telling Google that it was ok to lose money. But now we have a script that says it's not ok.
-thinking about adding social media campaigns to increase volume. CZ said he would have to discuss with Shane.
-they want double the leads they have now. They said to do whatever we can to increase the clicks however we can. They need to sell 25-30 IVs per day.
-they want to target group and event covid testing. They asked us to check.
-Armen thinks we are missing traffic.
-we may take ROAS off the IV campaigns
