Website/LP Check- Double check the link included in the "Google Ads- Set up campaigns" and/or "Facebook/Instagram - Set up campaigns"
- Verify the LPs of the campaigns we are running have the correct GHL tracking number and that it rings to the right number
Google Tag Assistant Legacy Check- Confirm that the website has Google Tag Manager installed.
- Confirm shane.quast@gmail.com and support@medstarmedia.com, chris@medstarmedia.com has admin, container and publish access
- Check the admin settings and user management to ensure appropriate access rights. This needs to be admin & publish rights.
Facebook Ads Check:- Validate access to the Facebook account using the Facebook Ads ID
- Does it appear they have an active payment method on file
- Have creatives been dropped in the "Facebook/Instagram - Set up campaigns" task
Google Ads Check:- Confirm if the client is running Google ads.
- Locate the account under hello@clickmogul.io, iackermanrueda@gmail.com, or mymedstarmedia@gmail.com or in the relevant section.
- Ensure the ads have been running for at least two weeks (Smart Campaign) & check the total spend to ensure it exceeds $20.

Facebook / Instagram - Set up campaigns I updated the notes in the abovementioned task, but keep it in mind for future projects. Maybe there was a delay in getting FB page access.
The template should have been set up keeping them separate, so just a gentle reminder that FB Page & FB Ad ID are separate things, and we need both.
I have edited my final findings to include the new page added by Hannah. We are all set to go..
