Hi Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac - Can you please set up hosting for this client? Their contract is ending with Spark on 8/23/23. Here is the information I received from Spark: 

Our team has packaged your website files for download, and we have included step-by-step instructions on how to get the necessary plugins in order to transfer to your website successfully. Please use the link below to access these files:

Your website username and password after successful transfer:
Username: admin_medultima
Password: MedicalTime2023!!

We make this available for transfer until August 23rd, 2023. Afterwards, your website will be disabled.

Hi Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  - I can get their CC information. It looks like they are using Squarespace. What would be the instructions to send to the client?

Hannah, Client Success Manager at Medstar Hannah - WordPress sites can't be hosted on Squarespace.

You can suggest to either host it with us on our SG server or we can suggest them to host on good hosting service like WPengine.

Also please ask them where did they originally purchased the domain from? Squarespace or GoDaddy or some other service? Then they need to ask their previous marketing company to revert the NS back to the default and also copy over all the existing DNS records. Once done provide us with the delegated access to the original domain registrar.

You can include me in the email with the client in case they have any questions regarding this.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac - They want to host https://medultimaaesthetics.com/ with us. We already confirmed the pricing/ hosting with us. Their domain is from Squarespace. I tasked you with their username/password/ files. This is what I see for their DNS:

Is there anything else you need? If they need to provide delegate access - What would be the instructions to send to the client? (I don't know how to do so with Squarespace)

Also the client may need to reach out to their previous company and ask them to revert the NS back to Squarespace default and also copy all the current DNS records in Squarespace.
