Brittany will you clarify the content to Selena in this task? After the content updates please ask her to create the thank you page. Also, for clarification, will this dermatology template act as a homepage or an ads landing page? It looks like a homepage. If ads will go there, we should include a gravity form at the top of the page somewhere. 

Brittany following up if you saw Elizabeth's question about the content and my question about this template. Do we need to delete/replace/add anything?
