The ones that I have marked with red has more active popups on optinmonster.
For eg. Bodymorphmd.com website. I am seeing total 8 active popups in optinmonster but in this task the graphics has been shared only for 6 popups.
I am seeing this same difference on many of the other client websites. I will need the graphics for all the service popups that we will be adding on the website before fully moving them to the sleeknote or else there will be two different service popups running on a same websites. It's not good for tracking as well.
For the one website avantadental.com. That I have marked with yellow. I believe we are creating a new website for them and wouldn't be using the main website right? If yes. Please let me know once the website is ready. Thanks.

For the webhook use the same webhook we have on the current zaps for the optin.
Just don't make these popups live or disable the the popups on optinmonster. I will re-configure the zap to work with sleeknote and then will make them live on my end.

For existing clients
Moving forward whenever you setup the popups for an existing client on sleeknote and add the same webhook in the integration that we had for their optinmonster popups. Please make sure you only add the webhook and don't test the integration because it sends a blank data to the client's email and to all the steps added in that zap. For eg
So we need to make sure we don't click on this test button until the webhook is re-configured to work with the new sleeknote popups.
For the new clients
When you set up a new popups on sleeknote and a new zap up to the gmail step. Please don't make that popup live until we have them properly connected to all the steps i.e leadsheet and GHL(if they have one). We don't want the leads to go to only the email and not to the leadsheet and GHL.

For the conversation rate of specific popups. It's under Analytics tab. It's very easy. Go to analytics tab > select the popup from the dropdown > choose date range > hit update and it will show you the conversation rate + leads by device, location, source etc. Please let me know if you have any questions or want me to make a video.
