At the beginning, use the captions of what she is saying

Elsa, Video Editor at Medstar Elsa Is it possible to recreate this caption with the background and place a new one over it? Collagen is spelled wrong on the original video. If not, it's ok, but if you can, please place a caption over the existing one that says "Regenerates Collagen"
