I have a small digital marketing agency and I am looking to better serve and communicate with my clients.
1. What is the best tool to onboard a client so we can collect their login info, record monthly budgets, etc. Ideally, we could send a client a link with fields to fill out, an area for vids or notes to explain each field and a system that export info into Google sheets/Hubspot, etc. What works best?
2. We use Hubspot to manage leads, Basecamp to manage projects and Gmail Business to communicate. Any ideas on ONE system with good contact management, project management, and a shared inbox?
