content order form

Hey everyone,
I am putting the finishing touches on this google forms I made for clients to fill out when they request content for a service page.

I'd be happy to make more forms for anyone who thinks it could stream line a project.

(the client does not need a gmail address to fill out this form)

Whitney - would a google form help with the on-boarding process?

This is great. Thank you. I wonder if it would make sense to make a separate page for CoolSculpting since it is more specified and then make a form for any other service page

Also, are these forms secure? Is sensitive data safe?

So i looked into it. All the forums mentioned that google servers are pretty secure. The info in the form is encrypted while it is sent from the client to us. So very unlikely to get hacked.

So basically, the forms, just like the client's google sheets, are as secure as our personal gmail accounts.

Considering how much client information we have access to via our medstar/gmail accounts, it may be smart if we all beef up our own security (harder passwords and two step verification. etc)
