I am making a checklist for quality assurance. I imagine assigning auditing ask to a phillipina or having the person performing the task, say a blog post, go over the checklist before closing out the task.

Hector, I know you will be able to add a ton to this list, but basically anything you can think of that needs to be checked before we present website/page to client.



QUALITY ASSURANCE CHECKLIST 

Do all links work?
Do all menu items work?
Is phone number correct?
Does phone number work when clicked on

DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

How does website/page look on Desktop?
How does website/page look on mobile


SEO

What is website load time?
Is any page/post below green in Yoast
Is title the correct length
Is meta description the correct length?
Do all images have alt descriptions (keyword)
Are images the optimal size? 

POSTS

Does post look good on desktop and mobile?
Does post link to the related service page?
Does post receive green in yoast?
Have you sent post link to Melissa Neil?

Nice work Melissa. 
I would add - 
  • Check all pop ups on campaigns we are running.
  • Verify Pop ups are working, have confirmation pages. 
  • Verify GTM and Google Analytics code on site.
  • Verify correct GTM and GS code are installed
  • Verify JS code, Callrail tag, number is changing - if using callrail.
  • Are leads being sent to the right emails
  • Test all Zaps
  • No grammatical errors anywhere
  • All phone numbers, address correct

Only the best thing I ever discovered and purchased for us. 
It monitors up to 100 of our client's websites. If one of them goes down, we get notified. It is how I see when a client's website is down.

This is great. I would add an assurance email notification test, where they check the forms that the email notifications on gravity forms are not coming from admin but an email like info@company name and going to the right people. Also, maybe be best if we convert this to a google sheet or form so we can fill it out easy, put links, etc.
