1) Press release focusing on important keywords the first month then each consecutive quarter

4) Directory Building - Need to find most relevant directors - and sites that will help with local SEO
5) OnSite SEO inspections and Google Search Console Set up maintenance (OFFSHORE - Philippines)

Does the person have to be from the Philippines?
I am getting a lot of proposals from people in India. 
The only issue is that when you mention SEO, you get a vast majority of applicants in the $10.00 an hour and up bracket.
