Alora Lifespa - Google ads payment issue. Only  $506.11 balance before ads account was turned off. However, I made manual payment, it went through. Ads are paused. Finding out why they are paused.???

Mi Bella Aesthetics - Google 0 / Previous 4  - Shane responded last week that this is likely due to client's limited budgets. I am seeing activity on the sheet. 

Coastal Carolina Internal Medicine - Google 0 / Previous 5 - Checked and I see that they have not had a conversion since Sept 28th. Assigned to Shane to look into it. 

The Cocar - Google 0.8 / Previous 4 - We looked into this last week. Shane says Conversion tracking is fine. I had to move all Denver clients from Max conv to target CPA bidding. 

Genesis Health & Wellness - Google 2 / Previous 0 - This is an improvement. Client is always on the list. 

Blue Water Spa -  Google 2 / Previous 2 - Same as last week. We are fine. 

South Shore Smiles -  Google 2 / Previous 3 -

Spencer Family Medicine and Aesthetics | Google Ads --- Account paused. Verification deadline has passed. - Nicol continues to try to get in contact with them. They never respond. I need their email password to get into the account. The one they sent does not work.
Hackensack MedSpa | Google Ads --- The Google Analytics 4 deadline has now passed. - This is because Google wants all 5 options checked on new GA4. Not sure if we need it. Ask Shane?
Surface Medical Aesthetics | Google Ads --- Overdue balance  - I called, sent email. No one picked up. No option to leave message. No response to email. I will send a text to see.

Rejuve Plastic Surgery | Google Ads --- New form of payment required - This client has this payment issue every other week. They never respond to emails, texts. Maybe a phone call????
Georgia Center for Ear, Nose, & Throat  | Google Ads --- Overdue balance. = My manual payments kept being declined. Automatic as well. We need to contact the client. Sent email to the Doc.

Alora LifeSpa | Google Ads --- New form of payment required / Verify payment method - This account went down with only a  $506.11 overdue balance. Made a direct payment. But ads are still paused for this client. Trying to find out why.


Update - Georgia Center for Ear, Nose, & Throat - I spoke to the Doctor. He wanted to give me a new CC. But we do not have sufficient permissions to do so. Doc said he will call the bank and try to take care of it on his end. I made direct payment, went through, ads back on!
Surface Medical Aesthetics | Google Ads - Managed to get the ads back on after some manual payments maneuvering went through.  
Boston Direct Health | Google Ads - All 3 CCs on file are having issues. Client needs to contact the bank, sent email to see what Chris wants me and Judi to do.
Alora LifeSpa | Google Ads - Ads are paused. Trying to find out why. Found out that the client contacted Shane and wanted them turned off.
