Audit Process for Websites

Hi team,
Let me know how the audit process is coming along Gerlie Hazel Isubal, Medstar Gerlie and Charmae Arcayan, Medstar Charmae and Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel  

For now on- we need to make sure all the new websites, new pages, and new blog posts go through this audit process. We want to reduce the amount of mistakes, broken links, etc. as soon as posssible. Thankyou ! Please pay special attention to the new sites we have just gone live on

Just an update- I am encouraging them to be more specific on this task. So we are double-checking on their work and going back on the sites again making sure. Also, I am showing Gerlie Hazel Isubal, Medstar Gerlie how to do the Weekly Website Audit. Jonnamae is also training Charmae Arcayan, Medstar Charmae   on other tasks along with this. I also added the new clients on the list. Thanks for the patience!

Thank you for the hard work you and the team you put together are doing. 
I saw an extra spreadsheet added to the tabs of sheets on the Weekly ads & website audit. It was the Callrail logins sheet. 
I had to deleted since it is not relevant to the work we do on that sheet. 
Please have them be careful with this sheet since we have a lot of sensitive information on it. And we work on this each week.

Please tell Gerlie Hazel Isubal, Medstar Gerlie and Charmae Arcayan, Medstar Charmae to not test the forms. I will take care of that part of the audit. Chris received an email from a client complaining that they are receiving to many leads test.

You are doing a great job. But we do not want to overburden our clients with too many leads test.
