✨ Changes in Testing Forms

Hi Team,

When we test POP UPs or side forms for clients, we need to add the client's name to them.
I am noticing test leads coming in and they are difficult to know where, whom they are from or what services they are for.
This is especially important to our new team members Charmae Arcayan, Medstar Charmae , Gerlie Hazel Isubal, Medstar Gerlie who may not know the protocol to follow.

You should add the name of the client, the service being tested and your name.
From now on please do the following:
Test"clientname" Service

So if I tested Forever Young Coolsculpting POP UP I would do
Name - "Test-Bellavita-Coolsculping-Popup"
Email - Ignore-Hector@Medstarmedia.com
See sample below.
Thank you team!

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector how often are we testing forms? Lets only test forms of campaigns we are running on an ongoing basis.  Of course when we first launch we should test all the forms but only the forms of the campaigns we are running moving forward.

I generally test all forms right before we launch or after we launch the campaigns.
In addition, when doing the weekly Google ads audit, I will test them from time to time.
I wanted to convey to the team the directions you sent me in an email last week about this.

Can you please make sure you follow this protocol I mentioned above when testing forms?
We got one from you here = But as you can see, it doesn't say the name of the client in the form.
EX: where the NAME goes = Write "Testing-BodymorphMD-kristabel"

See my comments above for further details.
Thanks Kristabel.
