  • Google Account Verification - how can we make this easier for clients. Send list of clients who still need to be verified.

  • HealthySolutions - Did we add the elite content to their site? Yes
  • American Laser - said they were disappointed- what is going on? They don't have good follow through and the lady following up with leads is not very tech savvy and a bit disorganized so I imagine its mainly that. And they have a separate messaging app they use so I can't check their work.

  • Contour Joe Mattingly TX - wanted a meeting what happened? Yes, they are trained and ready to go. Some ads disproved because of PRP on IG feed which is linked to site. Whitney emailed Joe and Hector tasked to Isaac.

Chris, glad to have you back. 
So 3PM MST is 5 PM EST... that works for me... 

  • On the Google verification - I have already taken care of all the clients. The Only ones left are Body Morph MD.. Ranch and Coast - but Google is saying maximum attempt have been made to confirm account. Client will need to create a new one using the name they have on the ID and W9 form they sent. 
  • Advanced Reju Google ads campaigns are ON.
  • Healthy solutions Elite content - we are almost done. Vania is working on the content. Whitney informed her that if it exceeds over 30 mins, we will bill her.
  • Body morph - Teresa submitted her own form out of her PC.. I did not see it.. She needs to send it over so I can do it for her. 
  • Total Eye Care - I have taken care of all 3 of their Google ads accounts and they are all verified! 
  • Dr. Hill pages - I took care of all the pages myself. Edited all of them, added the content. Notified Melissa W... She will notify Dr. Hill. 
  • Total eye care account with Lira, I terminated that account, created a new one.. verified it.. we are good to go.
  • Thinsculpting - We got CC, all taken care of..Ads are running on Google

Thx team. What is the account that exceeded verification attempts? Can we do it for the client starting a new account is a lot of work. Shane Quast, Medstar Shane - any ideas

Good morning. 
It appears that both Ranch and Coast and Rejuvenation Medical Aesthetics CS Only accounts are the ones that had this happen. 
Ranch and Coast - I really have no idea why Google did this. Other than the name not being the spelled the same on the form and account. 
By the time I figured it out, I had already tried to submit them several times. 

Rejuvenation is different. They have 3 different accounts. They sent us the same form for the other account = Total Eye Care  - Google did not accept that - By the time I changed the name on the account it was too late as well. 
I will contact support now to find out what options we have.. I will let you know.

Chris, I have called her.. she called me.. she said 3 days ago she was going to send me the W9... but then she is asking me what is the file's name... I told her it was on her computer.... she never sent it to me and she would need to look for it to send it to me. 
I am not sure what else to do.. I do not want to keep calling and emailing her so as not upset her. 
Please advise.
