Google tags & other Errors

We have a Google analytics error, Multiple installations of Global site tag (gtag.js) and 
Multiple Google Analytics tags detected on https://www.sculptology.com.
Plus, the number is not changing on the site for Callrail - not sure if this is by design.
Calls being fwd on CR to a number that's different than the one which appears on their site = (925) 329-6333
CR calls FWD to = 925-750-8989

This would be on Issac or the site's developers - if we don't have access to them. They need to remove the duplicate ones. Those are inserted into the Coding in the site. 
They have nothing to do with GMT codes we added.
