Hi everyone! I have been shadowing Whitney and Chris for about a week, creating tutorials for the Client Success Manager role. I think I've got my head wrapped around the steps and am ready to set out with my own new clients - SO - if I do something weird/wonky, if I miss something, if you do something to smooth something out for me, let me know so that I can integrate any missing steps and do better.
