Yo all,
When some smart doctor introduced a surgery checklist, it resulted in 36% fewer major complications and 47% fewer deaths. Seeing were kind of like medical professionals, and our work is just as important, I thought checklists would help us decrease errors (I'm looking at you whitney with your mispelled FB ads) and assure the quality we want attached to our brand.
Can everyone please make a checklist for quality assurance for their respective duties? Link to spreadsheet for the lists below. I think Hector already has a ton of these.
I figure one will be for adwords, landing pages, reporting tools, (TPA) telephone performance analysis (that's what were calling call audits now. Yeah, I know) invoices, etc...
