Someone filled out a form to test it for this client = Forever Young Wis - Dr. Sabeti
1st, if you are going to submit a test form, please PLEASE follow procedure and write your name so we know who it is.
2nd, Please add the name of the site under full name = Example "testing-foreveryoungSpa-popup"
3rd, please do not test forms unless we ask you to sp. Chris has been adamant about clients getting annoyed by too many test leads.
From now on, I will handle most of the lead form testing. (Unless Whitney or someone else instructs you otherwise.)
