Okay, I think I see what happened. There's something prohibiting the test@Hecmed.com email from going through. I tried a different one and it is working now.
However, Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac you may need to check why this is happening since I had to try several different emails before they went through. This could pick up legitimate emails and forbid them from going through.
Worse of all, the people will actually think their leads were submitted successfully as I did.

No Isaac, those are made up emails. I am just assuming that this plugin may flag actual real emails as fake. But let's see what happens.
