Sydney Metz, Client Success Manager Sydney can you add the phone followup template. Also I'm introducing them via email to take your "follow up front desk" training. FYI they dont have auto emails just templates.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac they keep seeing other locations leads (Plymouth and Exton) when they filter "opportunities" to only the Philadelphia campaign. And sometimes their leads arent showing up there. Do you know what might be going on? Thanks!

And sometimes their leads arent showing up there.

Can you please explain more on this one? Do you mean sometimes they don't see any leads at all in the opportunities? If yes. Please ask them to try in incognito mode or delete the cookies for app.medstarmedia.com domain and then try again.

For eg., This lead filled the forms twice 1 min apart and used different locations each time.
