Hector - They have the domain routed through Cloudflare so delegated access to their GODADDY is of no use.

Just ask them if they can provide us access with either SFTP or cPanel. We need them to fix the JS issues (that I shared with the team over email) and work on some other stuff like replacing Elementor forms with GFs on new CS service page. If they say they don't have access to their hosting and it's hosted on their old marketing company server. Then YES, I would recommend we set up a new wpengine hosting for them.

Okay Isaac, so I just sent an email to them with the info you wrote..
