Action items:

  1. Add cancellation policy and price list to the website (IN PROGRESS)
  2. Include certain items in the price list NEED consultation (Cool S, laser resurfacing).
  3. Increase ad spend in Google for CS during fall and winter.
  4. Plan a text blast and event for end of August around the move to new space (Targeting August or September for completion of build-out).
  5. Promote the relaxing in-house vibe, medical facials, and pre-sale packages for new esthetician, RN (will do all services offered excluding facials). 
  6. Is considering including semaglutide with new RN. 
  7. Will include massage therapy services.
