There were some ad creatives that were not included in the original drop of ad creatives.  I see that the ads have not yet gone live so I was advised to drop them again:

Nicol  there is actually a payment issue on the account. I can't launch anything until it is resolved. 

I have updated their payment threshold to $900. I am also trying to see if I can get another form of payment added to the account.
Shane one of the ads was rejected. 

Update, all but one ad have a "delivery error". Could this be due to marketing of semaglutide, at all?

Update: working on an appeal with Facebook. The client does not see the METAPAY code, so I am procuring documentation to upload to FB.

Hector Shane  when this FB account is up and running, Dr Gupta will change his focus from Redondo Beach to his new location TBD in Nevada

Shane  FYI this client is seeking Legitscripts certification, and hopes that will help with this FB account and a new Google account. 

Hannah here is where the "correct full creatives" were dropped on June 2nd. This all needs to be updated though due to the change for Semaglutide and, their location in NV as new competitors to Revenge MD.

Nicol  Ah yes these were the videos I was talking about. Thank you! I will be sure to double-check what creatives I have for revenge to make sure they aren't the same.

Shane Nicol  - I do not have a pulse on the client but so far it doesn't look like meta is responding well to payment / suspension appeals. Should we try to set up a new account under our MCC for them or run it out of Medstar Clients?

Chris Nicol  This client's biggest issue is with Meta. We can't seem to get anywhere. 

Shane  we'll be having the client host their ads on our Medstar Clients. I'll drop the new task with updated Semaglutide creatives for you when they're ready.

Shane  their new location is somewhere in Summerlin Las Vegas, NV. I'll be updating you with that address as soon as the client sends it.

Hector during the Ad meeting with Shane on June 13th Shane told all of us to back off of this account and let him handle it. We were not to try to verify this card or make any actions on this account. We were not to let Dr. Gupta try either.   

We made no progress. Facebook is useless and won't help. If we can, we should try another payment method. 

Shane would it be best to have the Dr. update on his end or, give you the info?
I did have the Dr. try adding a new payment that on Friday June 9th and FB was still not sending the code to his online bank portal.

Thrive has been having this same exact issue too. Their last FB account would not send the META hold with a code to their payment method. 

What do you think is the best way fwd?

I can't usually mess with payment options because of the way I access the accounts. I'm more than happy to try, but I think it might be frustrating to the client if I can't do anything with the info and we have to go back to them again.
