if you don't see domaincontrol in the search results on dnschecker.org for a domain. That means "Delegated access to the GoDaddy" wouldn't be enough but not that "delegated access" is not enough.
For eg. For this domain mindfulweightlossnow.com. It says cloudflare.com that mean we need to ask the client to give us delegated access to their Cloudflare account and not Godaddy.

I had to migrate their UA to GA4. However, the new code needs to be added to the site. They have no GTM on that site so I cannot add it via Tags.

Yes. They need to add the new GA4 code to the site so I can migrate the UA. Or provide us with access to their website.
** Another option is for me to create a GTM for them and they can add the code to the site. I can create a GA4 container.
Like many other clients, this client has a mess going on right now.
They have 2 separate UAs on the site. However, neither of those is the one we have access to. We have access to this one - UA-187291173-1

As far as I know, we have access to their websites. I can connect you to their tech person if it's specifically for the original site, mindfulweightloss.com
This client has been without ads for a month. I do not want to approach them with additional delays or work they must do on their end.
I figured it out without having to contact the client.
I have also migrated their UA to this new GA4 and data collection is taking place.
I will update the client's spreadsheet.
