I went ahead and created a new client folder on BC3 named {Modern Esthetics - www.modernesthetics.com} Added team members to the folder, provided access and sent invites. Began assigning tasks to other team members and myself. Also, created a new client spreadsheet and added information pulled from email and website. Searched the notes and invoices and prepared the Client Overview - along with Chris notes - to post it on BC3 for the team to check out and go over. Lastly, updated Weekly CLIENT CS reports sheet and others to add the new client's name to them.
