Isaac Hector Ivonne will this now be a duplicate task now since we are transitioning to setting up sub-accounts when someone signs on? Or I should still use this one to assign CSMs when it is time to schedule a front desk training? Thanks for your input!

Alyssa  well, this is the task Hector will assign Isaac once someone signs on and Hector creates the basecamp folder for the client. 

Ivonne  ok. I only asked because CSM was looped into the other one. I’ll continue like I normally do. 

Alyssa  I know we discussed today. So we'll create one set up GHL task under Digital Marketing correct? Which Hector will task Isaac. Then we'll leave this one here to make the campaigns live?

I was wondering about that myself Alyssa, Ivonne, when I created the new task on the BC3 template. 
Thank you for clearing that up. 
However, please be aware that we now have 3 tasks related to GHL - the last one is the newest one that I added to onboarding process to get the GHL set up right away. 

Hector if the Set Up GHL Sub account & set up GHL tracking can be combined, then great. Otherwise we will use all three since sometimes they happen at different stages. However works best I am happy to proceed with. 

Judi this account has been verified and the LP is almost ready. I just tasked Isaac the Leadsheet here and he will be removing the password protect shortly- I will re-tag you when it is ready. You can proceed with sending out a FDT. I am assigning the AD Checklist right now to Hector.
