Dr. Rupali Shah, a Board-Certified Orthodontist, is committed to providing the highest level of orthodontic care to her patients and truly enjoys working with patients of all ages. Dr. Shah grew up in East Hartford, CT, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2011 from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and then went on to complete her orthodontic residency in 2013 at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester. Dr. Shah’s Professional Affiliations include being: Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics, Member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, and the American Dental Association.  Aside from orthodontics, Dr. Shah enjoys dancing, biking, being outdoors during the summer, and traveling. She is also a huge sports fan, so you’ll often find her watching the UConn Huskies or the Dallas Cowboys.


Dr. Yasmi Crystal

Dr. Yasmi Crystal graduated Dental School from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, got her Pediatric Dental training from Eastman Dental Center, University of Rochester, and has a MSc in Clinical and Translational Research from New York University MS CTSI.  Dr. Crystal is a Diplomate (Board Certified Pediatric Dentist) and Examiner of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is an Associate Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry, and an instructor of pediatric conscious sedation for the American Society for the Advancement of Anesthesia and Sedation in Dentistry at St. Josephs Hospital in Paterson, NJ. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Pediatric Dentistry Journal and a member and spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, where she is also a consultant for the Council on Scientific Affairs. She is a past president of the New Jersey Academy of Pediatric Dentistry where she has been co-director of continuing education for more than 20 years. In this post, she helps organizing and directing continuing education courses for pediatric dentists and their staff, so they can keep current with the latest techniques, procedures and materials.  Dr. Crystal is a leader in inter-professional relations. She is a member and has worked as Oral Health consultant, speaker and preceptor for the American Academy of Pediatrics. Is currently an Oral Health consultant for the New Jersey Academy of Pediatrics, and has been a faculty member for the Family Practice MD program at Somerset Medical Center, NJ for over 15 years, with her clinical practice being a rotation site for all family practice MD residents.  Dr. Crystal is available for appointment upon special request only.

Brittany Redding, Digital Marketing Manager at Medstar Brittany Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne Hannah, Client Success Manager at Medstar Hannah   when we use the templates from old clients, I think before or while a developer is working on pages, someone needs to scan it before it gets the OK for audit.  I will start double-checking again before I pass things over for audit because I often pass things to be verified for Ads/FDT while an audit is in progress. I would love support if the web dev team could check also. 

Who would be best to be responsible for that? I know developers are instructed to look for things like this, but in cases where it isn't bolded and in red, it can get missed. There have been a couple of incidences like this recently. 

I will make some time to go through all templates to be sure things like this are clearly indicated with the help of Elizabeth, May, and Michelle. 

This section on the homepage is an example. I updated it temporarily and checked the blurbs document, I think this is from the template so not sure if it should be reworded.

Sometimes a template gets chosen that hasn't been audited like the ones we created from scratch. For example, if it is from an already live client it isn't possible to update those. Sometimes a client chooses to end services but we already have a site so we use it. If I could be looped in on which template before it goes to the auditor, I can check at that time too or make it part of your protocol to remind developers if you see something like that. 

Jewelyn, Website Designer + Developer Jewelyn when running the developer checklist, please be sure thank you pages and mobile get checked carefully. I noticed some inconsistencies on the thank you page on the homepage. I advise using it in congruence with development and cross-checking it again after development so things like that don't get overlooked. Please also be careful to check when a location is mentioned that it matches the current client (see my screenshots above). 

This site is still in audit, I will follow up with any other notes as needed.
