- I looked into it and it seems the template client is using on his website on this service doesn't support sidebar.

Fixed the form issue.

- Please keep this task open for now. As by default this template doesn't support sidebar but there maybe some way to get around this and add it to blog posts. Need some time to research for as my knowledge is also very limited with this service. Thanks.
