Sure Whitney, I generally do so. But I guess this can sometimes happen. 
For which client was that, BTW?

The problem with checking them all is that each Callrail account has 4 numbers TIMES 50 clients, it is almost 400 numbers. I performed an audit of the ALL THE CALL RAIL tracking phone numbers but that was almost 2 months ago.

I have tested all 9 numbers they have

all are working perfectly. 
Most of all our clients only have 4 numbers. 
Monarch has 9 which may explain why one of them went down or was not working.
