The following is the results of the Monarch Aesthetics Secret shopper test CALL!

Secret shopping call to Monarch Aesthetics to the following tracking number - 614-215-9149. I will be asking several questions such as:

Does it really work ? Spoke to Kathy -She said it really does and doctor can show me some before and after pictures.

Placed on hold without taking my information down before taking my info down.

Came back on = asked her about down time, does it hurt. Some discomfort, no downtime.

How much does it cost? I was trying to do my stomach and abs. Quoted a price of $800.00 a cycle.

Insurance doesn't cover any of it. Said no, but I had to force the care credit option out of her.

Went on to schedule an appointment for Tuesday 16th, 2:30 PM. with nurse Heather.

Note - Overall, agent Kathy was okay when it came to Coolsculpting appointment setup. I did noticed that she placed me on hold before taking any of my information down in case I hung or we got disconnected. She did quote me a high number starting at $800 though and mentioned 12 cycles which is quite a lot. In addition, I was not told about any promotions other than the complimentary consultation.

Kathy was friendly and courteous and seemed interested in getting me to commit to a CS consult.
