Once we begin working on this client's site please keep this in mind - Note from the client -

Top right of our current website we have an option for customers to pay their bills instead of having to call our biller or the office. Just wanted to make sure that option stays, since it has drastically reduced the number of patients sent to collections each month.

I was creating that Gmail account for them yesterday. But halfway through, Google wanted a phone number and I got upset and closed it. 
Google and Facebook are in a race to see who can have access to more phones than the other.

Hector   oh ok, It was on my list of things to do after mtg anyway. Yes, the phone thing is annoying. I had to use mine. Will probably have to use mine for a while until we reach the limit on that too. Annoying it wouldn't let me use a google voice number. 

You see, that's the problem right there. After a few more, you will not be able to use that number again. Google will say that you used it too many times. It happened to me with 2 other numbers. 
Also, they want real numbers so they can track you.. Ughhh. I hate them.
