September Monthly Google Ads and Facebook Reports - Bella Vita
Cindy
How are you? I hope and the kids are healthy and had a nice summer.
Coolsculpting consumer demand is seasonal. It is normal for a business to
slow down in late August through the end of September and also during the
holidays. During these periods fewer people are searching for these
treatments on Google. So it is normal to see fewer leads and business.
Right after the holidays, consumer demand goes way up and should remain
steady through the end of summer 2020. We are constantly working to get you
as many customers as possible regardless of the season.
Attached are the reports for Google Ads and Facebook for last month.
Google Ads Account Summary:
(Spent / Conversions / CPA)
$2,501 / 7 / $357.31
Notes on Google Ads:
- Actual spend was right on budget last month.
- My focus this month was to dial in performance and increase the
conversion rate – which increased by 46%.
- Performance improved considerably month/month. The total number of
leads was up 250% and the average cost / lead was down 49%.
- The average cost / lead is a bit higher than I would like to see, but
I should be able to optimize the campaigns and improve this quickly.
Facebook Account Summary:
(Spent / Conversions / CPA)
$491.22 / 26 / $18.89
Notes on Facebook:
- The conversion rate picked up quite a bit last month which is somewhat
atypical for this time of year. I don't spot any obvious issues with the
account. It is possible that we did have a big performance jump last month,
but I'll continue to monitor just in case.
- This is the top performing image last month: https://prnt.sc/pdk1cb
- All but 1 lead last month was from users on mobile devices.
Let me know if there are any questions.
