Here are the results of my CallRail audit and Secret Shopper leads test performed on this client. They really didn't have too much to report on when it came to Callrail phone calls. *** other than the staff is missing or un-answering many calls*.

Hector - send this report out from support Sign off as the medstar team. Let me know they need to call back leads quickly. Hector, add your name to the BCC on the lead form (gravity form) and the bcc on zapier and test to see if you recieve a lead. If not, we need to fix this.

Christina - please call her office staff and tell them we did a call audit and tell them we want to help them respond to leads better. Send them the lead protocol and find out who is in charge of managing leads. the docs name is cindy but figure out who manages her leads

If so, I have done so to the Coolsculpting forms only (Top and Bottom). Please let me know if you want me to do it to other forms as well.

I have also added my BCC to the 3 Zappier forms; made sure to turn them back on again after *(As you taught me) :)

I did send it from Hector@medstarmedia.com though. I noticed too late.
Still, I signed off as Medstar Media team. 
So many different Gmail accounts open!!

I am receiving leads from them after adding myself as BCC. 
I have more than 30 leads come in since I did it a few days ago. That means forms appear to be working properly.
