We were supposed to hook up an email for her. So just don't mention that . It is kind of her fault because she didnt approve it- and then never followed up.

Thanks for clearing that up Whitney. 
We do have a Gmail set up for them. Shouldn't we use that one and send that info to her then? 
That way, we can avoid the problem again in the future. What do you think?

I filled out a TEST form on Coolsculpting POP UP and static. Both Zaps are working. 
Leads appear on Lead sheet as testing entries as well.
