We need to be very careful with this as Spa Society changed owners and Diane's name is still on the account. If you do not get a clear solution we could have whitney.zelig@gmail.com, Medstar whitney.zelig@gmail.com call Diane and ask for her ID.

We set up the Google ads account under an gmail we control so we could try logging and changing things from there and change them to Brians name.

I have already sent Brian a W9 form so he can fill it out and requested his ID. 
Michele has also provide the EIN number so Brian is all set. He just needs to send me the documents and I will update Google ads account to match his.

I am in contact with him via email. I was supposed to have a meeting with him at 11:00 AM today, but he just cancelled it. I will keep you posted on what he decides to do later today.

I held zoom meeting with Brian and I edited the account accordingly to match the documents, we submitted them to Google for approval. I will let you know once we get a response.
