Client says due to their slim targeting based on their location. They wanted to target the Ferry which has a lot of commuters. How much would they need to spend to test GEO targeting, they want to serve ads to people in the ferry terminal, what type of assets would we need.

We would have to go with a solution like GroundTruth that can geo-target people inside of a building. For Google/Facebook we can only do a 1-mile radius.
